Estaa Sweets is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We will try to meet your requirements as closely as possible. Kindly indicate any special requirements you have in the comments column during checkout. If you are allergic to any ingredient or food product, request you to write to us for advice before placing your order.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and to the specific geographies serviced by them. . We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays (which are excluded to prevent the lag in shipments).


Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, customs clearance( in case of US shipping) and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. In situations outside of Estaa Sweets control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.

Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. Estaa Sweets will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address provided. Estaa Sweets will not deliver to post-box only address. For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Estaa Sweets will try and accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order status and other parameters. No changes would be accepted once the order has been shipped.

Any charges like GST, Customs Tax, Customs Excise Duty, Service Tax or any Direct or Indirect taxes, post shipment, in any Country, State/Province, City/Town, District, both National and International, will be liable to the consignee/customer.


Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national and international couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Please note: Shipping fees does not include customs duty charges that may be levied by the receiving country. The customer will have to bear these if applicable in their country.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm.Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

The minimum order quantity will be Rs 300/. We accept payment through Net Banking, UPI, Credit card and Debit card. Sweets will be shipped within 27-48 hours from placement of orders and delivered within 4-7 business days. All possible efforts will be made to deliver on time but customer is not entitled to any compensation for the delay or early delivery of the consignment.


Customers are requested to provide correct name, delivery address and contact details. However in case of an incomplete or incorrect address, we would consider the order delivered. There would be no refund for such orders.
As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same except on the following occasions.
a. If the item or the quantity on your order being unavailable, Estaa Sweets will contact you on the phone number provided to them at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event the order can be cancelled the refund will be made in accordance with the refund policy.
b. Estaa Sweets can cancel the order in the following circumstances.
i. in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us;
ii. failure to contact you by phone at the time of confirming the order booking;
iii. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
iv. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order or
v. failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and the products are delivered in the respective cities as selected by the customer.The price of all products listed on www.estaasweets.com is inclusive of all taxes and convenience charges and exclusive of shipping charges.

For the items delivered by courier / speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage/delay direct to the consignment or consequential, caused due to incorrect address, any act of God, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils in air, local disputes, accidents, any natural calamity, war, riot, commotion, strike, Local/Political Disruptions, Air / Rail / Road Disruptions / Delay or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company or inherent vice in the contents of the consignment. No claim for loss / damage / delay will be entertained by the Company in such events.

For Bulk Orders, www.estaasweets.com to be intimated atleast 2 days in advance. However, www.estaasweets.com reserves the right to decline any bulk order purchase made through its website due to time constraint or logistic problem(s).

Price shown on the website is different from the consignment box as the website price is inclusive of other charges such as shipment charges, packaging charges and taxes as applicable. As a result of accepting these terms and conditions, customer agrees to pay as per the price mentioned on the website and / or invoice generated by www.estaasweets.com The customer agrees not to complain before any forum because of the difference in price.

www.estaasweets.com will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.(This clause can be retained if you intend to change the price of the product as shown in the website.

The Customer will provide full address with pin code number and telephone number for all consignments booked for easy identification and prompt delivery.www.estaasweets.cm will not deliver any consignment with post-box address only. Further, the www.estaasweets.com will not provide any proof of delivery in respect of consignments to be delivered to Governmental / Semi-Governmental offices.All the terms & conditions printed overleaf of consignment note of the logistics partner are also binding on the Customer.

Refund will be made only if the order is cancelled due to the aforesaid reasons and the decision of Estaa Sweets on refunds shall be their sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

On public holidays, delivery will not be available
